Job Overview

As a Content Trainee at Eleven, you'll join our content team to gain hands-on experience in digital publishing, image editing, and basic HTML formatting. This is an entry-level role designed for students or recent graduates in fields such as Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related disciplines who are eager to learn and grow in the SEO and digital content world.

You’ll support the team with visual and web publishing tasks, and work closely with mentors to learn content workflows, tools, and quality standards. If you’re passionate about digital communication, detail-oriented, and curious about how content helps brands grow, this is your starting point.

What we expect from you

• Edit and adapt images for web: resizing, compressing, branding, and formatting.
• Convert and structure content in HTML for web display using predefined templates.
• Upload and publish content on WordPress or other CMS, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
• Use tools like Quetext to check originality and report potential plagiarism issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content is on-brand and technically aligned.
• Follow processes, meet publishing deadlines, and keep task trackers updated.
• Receive and apply feedback from senior profiles to improve quality and execution.
  

What you bring

• 0–6 months of experience — this may be your first job or internship.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Design, Advertising, or similar.
• Basic writing and visual editing skills (interest in content creation).
• Beginner experience in WordPress or similar CMS (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of HTML structure (desirable).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Canva or Photoshop.
• Curiosity for SEO and openness to learn about positioning and digital optimization.
• Interest in using tools like ChatGPT or other AIs to support content tasks.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
