Kokosing is seeking an Entry-level Laborer in Virginia (Colonial Heights) to gain practical construction experience across trades and develop a career path within our projects. You will work with experienced crews and learn essential job skills in a hands-on environment.

Base pay ranges from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for training, benefits, and career growth through diverse trades such as carpentry, equipment operation, and manual labor.

Daily activities will enable you to experience applicable processes and management methods firsthand. Supervisors and project staff will structure your work efforts to help you learn about your area of interest while you contribute directly to the completion of a quality project.

Expected base pay range for this positions is: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Kokosing at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
