GracePointe Crossing in Cambridge, MN, part of Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), is seeking a Trained Medication Assistant (TMA) to join our team for full-time night shifts (NOC 10PM–6AM). This role requires TMA certification in Minnesota and a nursing assistant credential, with opportunities for growth within a faith-based, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program and current certification in medication administration in state(s) in which he/she practices.

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Trained Medication Assistant is responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The Trained Medication Assistant administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.

• Full Time NOC 10PM - 6AM

Please note this is NOT A MEDICAL ASSISTANT ROLE. This Trained Medication Assistant role requires Trained Medication Assistant certification completed in Minnesota.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $23.61 - $27.09 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
