Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Assembler – Foam to join our manufacturing team in Oregon. The role involves foam cutting and foam-to-case assembly using band saws, a dye press, and hot melt glue, with strict adherence to safety & quality standards.

You will track work in production software, follow standard procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet customer specifications and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read fractional measurements on mechanical drawings.
• Must be accurate with measurements to 1/16”.

Responsibilities

• Safely use band saws (vertical/horizontal), Dye Press, and knives to cut foam to spec.
• Track jobs using production software and site path steps.
• Adhere foam to cases using hot melt glue.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements in a fast-paced production setting.
