Alstom in West Mifflin, PA is seeking a full-time onsite Train Performance Engineer to lead train system development and validation, interfacing with RAM, Train Validation, ISR/LCC engineers.
You will ensure requirements translation, target reliability, cybersecurity, and certification support, delivering test reports and documentation. The role offers collaboration across functions and countries in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including RAM engineers, Train Validation Engineers, and ISR/LCC engineers), lead the Train System’s Technical Development & Validation, and much more.
