Job summary

Patriot Rail in Silver Creek, MS is seeking an experienced operations leader to supervise conductors, engineers, and train crews. You will coordinate daily train and switching operations, promote safety, and ensure compliance with FRA regulations while delivering reliable service.

You will monitor performance, identify improvements, coach employees, and partner with customers and leadership to build a strong, engaged team and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of railroad operations experience.
• Current Locomotive Engineer and Conductor certifications.
• Strong knowledge of FRA regulations and railroad operating rules.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise conductors, engineers, and train crews.
• Coordinate daily train and switching operations.
• Promote and enforce safety, operating rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage railcar movements, train documentation, and operational reporting.
