R.J. Corman Railroad Group in Woodburn, KY is seeking full-time Train Crew Members to join our operations outside. You will learn train operations, safety rules, and regulations while contributing to keeping locomotives moving in a dynamic rail environment.

The position offers advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work requires mobility, teamwork, and the ability to perform duties in outdoor conditions across our short line network.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and perform basic math.
• Ability to develop teamwork and work with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of safe daily operation of trains.
• Operate equipment according to company policies including safety and DOT requirements.
• Move, align rail equipment, and build trains in yard operations.
• Perform locomotive maintenance tasks as needed.
• Adhere to FRA/OSHA rules and random drug testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
