Job summary

Paycom is seeking a yard driver to position trailers at distribution center docks and shuttle loaded trailers to pickup by OTR drivers. You will operate a yard tractor safely to move empty and loaded trailers around the yard and ensure correct door placement.

Must read and write in English, with 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience. CDL may be required at certain terminals. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Position trailers to proper door locations.
• Safely operate yard tractor to move trailers.

• Maintain clean and safe yard area.
• Work in varying weather and shift patterns.
