Requirements include 2+ years of trailer maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on trailer maintenance & repairs.
• Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools & toolbox for the role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screenings including DOT.
• Able to work in mobile/shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections for safety & compliance.
• Document repairs & complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and tools.
• Follow safety procedures & company policies.
