Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is a North American leader in trailer maintenance, leasing, and fleet solutions with extensive service bays and a large trailer fleet. The Semi-Trailer Technician will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of trailers, including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and utility trailers, ensuring DOT and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include PMs, brake and suspension work, electrical troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, and maintaining detailed work

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trailers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on trailer repair experience.
• Ability to identify issues and apply safe, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Repair or replace brake systems, suspensions, axles, landing gear, and wheel-end components.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, wiring, and electrical systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate work orders in the maintenance system.
