Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic to perform DOT and PM inspections on trailers, and to diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical, and suspension systems.

Qualifications

• Correctly perform DOT & PM Inspections on trailers.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including brakes, air system, electrical system and suspension components.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Preventative Maintenance inspections on trailers.
• Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems.
• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components.
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.
• Handle on-site service calls when needed.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work professionally with customers, drivers, and team members.
