Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician to support our growing fleet service operations. You will perform preventive maintenance on trailers, handle DOT inspections, and diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems across the fleet.

This role offers a path for ASE certifications and internal growth within a national leader in refrigeration and vehicle services. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
