Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Toolbox and required tools
• Team player mindset and professional attitude
• Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer needs
• Successful pass of pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet service times
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting & repairs
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum
• Reefer unit experience is a plus
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment
