Job Summary:

We are looking for a Small Trailer Technician to join our successful trailer repair shop.

As a Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing trailers.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate trailer repair needs.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols.
• Carry out routine trailer maintenance such as axles, tires, brake drum replacement, welding, flooring, fabricating, and electrical work.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Convey necessary trailer repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Trailer repair experience required.
• Welding experience required.
• An associate degree or completion of a trailer service technician training program is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
