The role pays $30–$40/hour with weekly bonuses based on billed hours and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, plus weekly pay and Day One benefits. What You’ll Do:

As a Trailer Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trailers, including:

• Preventative maintenance and inspections.


• Brake repairs and air system diagnostics.


• Axle and suspension repairs.


• Wheel-end repairs.


• Welding and fabrication.


• Trailer body repairs and structural repairs.


• Door repairs and replacements.


• Roof, wall, and floor repairs.


• Container repairs and modifications.


• Reefer repairs (experience preferred but not required).
