Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. seeks a motivated diesel truck and trailer mechanic to join our team in Forest Park, GA.

The role focuses on hands-on diagnostics and repairs to keep our fleet moving, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:30am to 7pm and a pay range of $30–$34 per hour based on experience. Candidates should have at least one year of trailer/mechanical experience, strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and own basic tools.

Qualifications

• One year of trailer/mechanical experience or equivalent.
• Ability to perform diagnostics and mechanical repairs on trailers and tractors.
• Own basic hand tools and willingness to work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers and tractors.
• Repair brake systems and axles on trailers/tractors.
• Weld aluminum and steel where needed; document work performed.
