Job summary

Push & Pull Automotive in Allentown, PA seeks a skilled Trailer Technician to perform heavy-trailer repairs and collision work with a focus on safety and quality. You will handle bodywork, welding, and preventive maintenance while working with a seasoned team in a clean, modern facility.

Applicants should have 4+ years of trailer repair experience, knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, braking, suspension, and body structures. Tools are required, and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in trailer repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension and body structures.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus (MIG/Stick/Plasma).

Responsibilities

• Perform accident repairs on trailers and heavy trucks (rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, floors).
• Handle collision and bodywork repairs including sanding, prepping, and refinishing.
• Conduct DOT and preventive maintenance inspections on trailers (brakes, suspension, lighting, wiring, airbags).
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks for structural and cosmetic repairs.
• Assist with painting and refinishing as needed.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, top-quality repairs.

What you will do
