Job summary

Pinnacle Trailer Sales, Inc. in Rustburg, VA is seeking a Service Technician to perform trailer repairs including structural work, suspension, brakes, tarp systems, and related components.

You will inspect and diagnose issues, perform repairs on brake systems, repair suspensions, weld, and troubleshoot 12VDC electrical systems. We offer safety bonuses and productivity bonuses after 90 days, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous mechanical technician experience.
• Experience with brake systems and trailer suspensions.
• Understanding of 12VDC electrical systems.
• MIG welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose trailer issues, including structural, suspension, brake, and electrical components.
• Perform repairs and replacements on brake systems, including drums, pads, rotors, and air brake components.
• Repair and replace trailer suspension components such as leaf springs, shocks, axles, and bushings.
• Weld and fabricate structural and body components using MIG welding techniques.
• Troubleshoot and repair 12VDC electrical systems, including lighting, wiring harnesses, and connectors.
