Responsibilities

• Services, inspects, and repairs tractor-trailers.
• Diagnoses failures and repairs mechanical, electrical, and various trailer systems.
• Uses hydraulic jacks and hoists to access the underside of trailers.
• Conducts full inspections to identify issues.
• Tests trailers after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Maintains a detailed record of all service and maintenance activities.
• Repairs defective parts such as brakes, tires, axles, wiring, and hydraulic systems.
