Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect trailers and components on the assembly floor, ensuring conformance with quality and safety standards. You will monitor on-line quality, perform inspections with brake/test equipment, and document results for acceptance or rejection.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, FHWA certification, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to communicate clearly with production teams and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FHWA certification; recertification every two years.

Responsabilités

• Inspect trailers and components on lines and subassemblies.
• Record acceptance or rejection decisions clearly with inspection results.
• Document rejection reasons to support investigation and corrective actions.
• Assist management in initiating corrective actions when quality standards are not met.
• Maintain daily reporting on units released from subassembly and final assembly.
• Communicate quality concerns with assembly line managers and escalate systemic issues promptly.
