Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a quality inspector to monitor trailers, parts and sub-assemblies for compliance with engineering drawings and QA standards. The role requires you to operate testing tools, document acceptance or rejection, and communicate any out-of-spec conditions to managers.

You will routinely verify conformance to customer and company specifications, assist with corrective actions, and participate in ongoing training on trailer specifications, drawings, and QA procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• Fluent in English; bilingual beneficial.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in quality inspection and quality control in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the trailer assembly line and sub-assemblies for conformance to drawings and specs.
• Operate and maintain tools and test equipment as required (e.g., brake test, AB S tester, light tester, measuring tools).
• Record acceptance or rejection with clear justification on forms.
• Assist in initiating corrective actions for substandard quality.
• Inform assembly line managers of all out-of-spec conditions; maintain off-line reporting.
• Adhere to safety, attendance, and company policies; willing to overtime when needed.
