Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Loader to move trailers across lots during loading and related functions at our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This role requires operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, and attention to detail in managing trailer movements and dock logistics.

The position supports a high-speed industrial environment with safety as a priority. CDL-A may be required for road transport; high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• CDL Class A required if transporting product on public roads.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers across lots during loading and related functions.
• Properly store trailers not being used.
• Maintain order of customer pick up trailers at the docks.
• Ensure a complete and accurate list of trailers brought in and moved to the docks.
• Ensure trailers have wheels chocked.
• Report problems or damages that occur.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 7:00 PM - Finish / 5 days a week

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.86 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for moving trailers across lots during loading and related functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts a daily check of trailers for raw materials and full goods in addition to assessing for empty trailers and others that need to be relocated or loaded.
• Properly stores trailers not being used.
• Maintains proper order of customer pick up trailers brought to the docks.
• Ensure a complete and accurate list of trailers brought in and moved to the docks.
• Ensure that all trailers brought to the docks have their wheels chocked.
• Reports problems or damages that occur.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 - 3 year of general work experience required.
• 1+ year prior warehouse/stocking/fork-lift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Fork-lift certification is required
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60lbs
• CDL Class A required if transporting product on public roads.
