Adecco is recruiting a Trailer Mechanic / Service Technician for a Casper, WY location. This full-time, temp-to-hire role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trailers and related equipment, with opportunities to convert to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of basic mechanic or trailer repair experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of trailer systems (brakes, bearings, electrical, suspension, axles).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot trailer issues.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on brakes, suspension, axles, tires, lights, and wiring.
• Change and rotate tires; inspect and replace wheel bearings.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for adjustments and repairs.
