Job Description:

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Trailer Mechanics. Experience in maintaining trailers, overhead doors, lift gates, dollies, welding, and working on forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on equipment
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare safety documentation as per FMCSA, company, and other regulations
• Interpret work orders and technical manuals
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with specifications and regulations
• Experience in trailer PMs and repairs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Own your own tools

Earn up to $32.58/hr. Entry level position. Industry: Truck Transportation.
