Trailer Mechanic

Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC) is offering a full‑time opportunity for a qualified Trailer Mechanic in Hazelton, PA. The shop is well equipped, clean, and operates in a positive, fast‑paced environment. Career advancement programs are available and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance of semi‑trailers.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep customers’ fleet of trailers in great condition.
• Service, inspect, diagnose and perform all repairs and maintenance on trailer equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance and service repair orders in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Conduct annual DOT inspections and carry out minor to moderate repairs.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required for the position.
• Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.

Pre‑placement drug screen and DOT physical required. No criminal background check required.
