Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist-Trailer to perform preventive maintenance and upkeep of comfort stations and related equipment, ensuring reliability for our events.

You will inspect, wash, repair, paint and store restrooms and trailers, clean interiors, restock supplies, and report issues. The role requires ability to perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems, plus reading safety and operating manuals.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform minor repairs of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical
• Knowledge of Cleaning and Chemical Supplies; ability to do some painting
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic (Add, subtract, multiply and divide)
• English speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Check, wash, repair, paint and store restrooms, showers, containers and other company assets
• Check and clean water-recycling system daily
• Units must be checked and repaired before delivery and upon return
• Conduct general facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Clean and disinfect trailer interiors; restock supplies
• Pressure clean entrance carpets; exterior trailer detailing
• Report to supervisor for all incoming work and communicate when done
