DMS Health Technologies in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Trailer Maintenance Service Foreman to oversee the maintenance of our trailer fleet. You will develop schedules, ensure timely service, and lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and repairs.

This role requires hands-on work, strong organization, knowledge of industry regulations, and the ability to communicate with customers and supervisors.

Qualificações

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Class A CDL preferred or obtainable within 6 months of employment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trailer maintenance best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all aspects of trailer maintenance service delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to deliver exceptional service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Documents and verifies additional work needed during inspection to establish refurbishment expectations.
• Performs hands-on trailer maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment preparation alongside the maintenance team while providing day-to-day leadership and direction.
• Helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop while ensuring trailers and related equipment are maintained to company, DOT, and operational standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
