Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Trailer Logistics Specialist to help maintain our trailer network’s integrity by tracking GPS, locating trailers, and coordinating cost-effective movements across our network. • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Excel is a plus.

• Monitor and ensure GPS functionality across the trailer fleet to maintain real-time tracking.
• Research trailer locations and maintain accurate records of trailer custody and movement.
• Identify and resolve issues related to out-of-network or misplaced trailers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate trailer shipments.
• Secure carriers for trailer moves using pre-established rates and processes.
• Provide timely updates and creative solutions to ensure smooth trailer operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
