Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders, wrap and fill trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• All other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

• The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 an hour in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• All other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and team spirit is required.
• Ability to drive fork truck, experience preferred but will train.
• Ability to read and understand production sheets, product identities, as well as the ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs from floor to working height as job requires.
