What You'll Be Doing

• Move trailers between dock doors, staging lanes, parking zones, and tandem compounds
• Operate yard tractors and tractor-trailers in a fast-paced DC environment
• Work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to keep freight flowing efficiently
• Perform light trailer securing/loading duties as needed
• Conduct pre/post-shift checks and notify dispatch of any maintenance concerns
• Navigate safely in all weather conditions while keeping documentation and logs updated

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age 18
• Valid Class A CDL – CDLA with no FMCSA medical waivers
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR / Driver’s abstract
• Prior experience as a yard jockey, terminal tractor driver, or local CDL driver preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active settings
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle trailers in tight spaces with precision
