Job summary

Imperial Brady in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver to cover a daily route, unloading by hand, pallet jack, and lift gate, and delivering to customer locations. The role emphasizes safe driving and dependable service with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until route is completed.

You will operate a 53’ tractor-trailer, document activity logs, communicate with customers, and maintain vehicle safety.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and valid for route deliveries.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and have a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL A experience delivering via routes.
• At least 1 year operating manual pallet jack and hand truck.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and use a lift gate as needed.
• Strong work ethic with reliable, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53’ tractor-trailer or smaller for daily route deliveries.
• Load and unload cargo using hand tools, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Log activity accurately and report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect truck before and after trips and maintain safety standards.

The Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You Will

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after trips
• Communicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitude

You Have

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL A experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Lift gate experience
• Strong work ethic
