Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Class A Delivery Driver to support Lithia Springs, GA route operations. You will drive a 53’ tractor-trailer or smaller, load/unload with pallet jack and lift gate, and maintain logs for shipments. Reliable communication with dispatch and customers is essential.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 6:00am start until route completion. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A license.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of recent CDL A experience.
• Minimum 1 year of route delivery experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work physical.
• Lift gate experience.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller.

• Properly track and document activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after trips.

The Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am-until route is completed.

You Will

• Safely operate a 53’ truck or smaller
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after trips
• Communicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitude

You Have

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL A experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Lift gate experience
• Strong work ethic
