Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of trailer repair, diesel repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trailers.
- Complete preventative maintenance services.
- Repair and maintain brake systems, air systems, lighting systems, landing gear, and trailer doors.
- Perform chassis repairs and light truck repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete major trailer body repairs, including panel and rail work.
- Perform welding repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards.
