Job summary

At NFI, technicians maintain and repair our dedicated fleet to keep customers moving safely. This role uses diagnostic tools and hands-on skills to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot trailer systems, and supply fast, reliable service on a well‑maintained company fleet.

You’ll work on-site in Terrell, TX with competitive hourly pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, strong benefits, and opportunities for training, ASE certification reimbursement, and career growth in a family‑oriented logistics

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license.
• Technical or advanced degree or 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Clear oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Diagnose trailer systems including electrical, suspension, and brakes.
• Repair or replace damaged components (tires, brakes, suspension).
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
