Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Design Drafter II to support trailer manufacturing through CAD design, engineering documentation, and product development. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering docs.
• Support trailer design, customization, and product development.
• Participate in design reviews and change processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality on development.
• Drive manufacturability, quality, and cost improvements.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure designs/documentation meet standards and customer needs.
• Deliver work per schedule with high drawing accuracy.
• Reduce rework and disruptions through effective design support.
• Support customer satisfaction with quality products.
