Job Description

The Donations Trailer Attendants are the face of Goodwill to the donors who make our work possible. Our attendants go out of their way to help our donors and to acknowledge our donors’ support.

• Unload donations from their vehicles and issue a receipt for every donor.
• Sort and store donations.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the trailer area at all times.
• Work outside in extreme conditions, using heating/cooling fans as needed.
• Perform physical exertion including long periods of standing, recycling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping, and similar activities.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (frequent moderate lifting up to 35 lbs.)
• Climb stairs, ladders, or step stools when required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous customer‑service experience is preferred.

Hours: Trailers are open Monday‑Sunday. Hours will vary depending on location.

Pay: $15.00 per hour.
