Job summary

Westmor Industries in Morris, MN is seeking skilled assemblers to join our team. You will work on installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems with precision and read blueprints to ensure exact specifications are met.

Daily tasks include post-paint assembly, mounting prefabricated components onto trucks, and safely operating a range of tools. This role offers a steady day-shift schedule and benefits that support your long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read 1/8”, gradations on tape measure.
• Repair shop experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform Post-Paint Assembly: Complete detailed assembly routines on trucks following the painting process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Install Prefabricated Components: Mount and secure prefabricated parts and assemblies onto trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Read and Interpret Technical Documents: Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the assembly process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Operate Tools and Equipment: Proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete complex assembly tasks safely and effectively.

Job Description

• System Installation: Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
