Job summary

Westmor Industries, LLC is seeking skilled assemblers for day shift in Minnesota. The role involves installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, performing post-paint assembly, and mounting prefabricated components on trucks with precision. Reading blueprints and tapes measures is essential.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay. Prior repair shop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background is required to assemble complex systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is essential.
• Ability to read 1/8" graduations on a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Repair shop experience is a plus for fast onboarding and quality.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems with precision.
• Post-Paint Assembly: Complete assembly after painting to meet quality standards.
• Install Prefabricated Components: Mount and secure parts on trucks accurately.
• Read and interpret technical documents to guide assembly.
• Operate hand and power tools and specialized equipment safely.
