Job summary

Ski Utah is seeking a dedicated Mountain Operations team member to support on-site slope preparation for winter operations and summer construction projects at our Utah mountain locations.

You will clear slopes, remove trees and vegetation, and restore post-construction areas while ensuring safety and proper use of tools. The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs and endure strenuous work up to 10 hours daily.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow direction and work independently of direct supervision.
  • High level of communication.
  • Knowledge on how to safely operate clearing saw, wood-chipper, and hand tools.
  • Ability to work outside in various temperatures including heat, cold, and wet.
  • Dexterity to maneuver on undeveloped and mountainous terrain.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capable of strenuous manual labor for up to 10 hours a day.
