Job summary

Trek is seeking an experienced mountain bike trails builder to develop, maintain, and grow Trek's private trail system at our global headquarters in Waterloo, Wisconsin. You will design, build, and maintain trails, while supporting events and coordinating with partners and Trek teams.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on trail construction experience, operates equipment safely, and thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in trail building and land management.
• Ability to operate and maintain trail-building equipment.
• Strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Trek's private trail system at the Waterloo HQ.
• Design and expand trail networks on current and future properties.
• Inspect trails, address safety and erosion issues, and perform regular maintenance.
• Operate and service trail equipment and tools.
• Engage with partners, agencies, and community stakeholders on site access and permits.
• Support Trek-hosted events with setup, execution, and teardown.
