Job summary

The State of South Carolina is seeking a Human Trafficking Program Coordinator to develop and present trainings on trafficking issues for schools, colleges, and youth-serving organizations. You will collaborate with state task force chairs, regional partners, and national partners to advance prevention education.

Responsibilities include identifying leaders, building subcommittees, leading statewide initiatives, and coordinating presentations with adaptable materials.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant experience related to anti-human trafficking efforts.
• Position may require overnight travel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops and presents trainings on human trafficking to schools, colleges, and youth-serving organizations.
• Collaborates with Chairs of the State Task Force Subcommittees, regional task forces, and partner agencies.
• Identifies stakeholders and schedules regular meetings to foster state and regional engagement.
• Leads statewide initiatives and tracks progress in relevant spreadsheets.
• Responds to requests for presentations and distributes training materials.
