Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a PE license, along with 4+ years in traffic engineering. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in traffic engineering.
• Experience in zoning and site plan permitting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with NJDOT, NYSDOT, PennDOT Design and Permitting.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts.
• Preparation of Traffic Impact and Parking Studies.
• Design of Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvement Plans.
• Project management responsibilities including field inspection.
• Prepare project reports and attend municipal meetings.
