Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Traffic/Transportation Intern to join the team in Camp Hill, PA. The role focuses on introducing traffic impact studies, roadway design for construction, field views, safety studies, and transportation planning under supervision.

You will support the team with site grading, CAD drafting, and field inspections while gaining exposure to RFI/Submittal processes and project scope management in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be enrolled in community college courses, a college degree program or other formal continuing education program.
• Focus on civil engineering or related discipline is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader with project scope including site grading, erosion control design, CAD design and drafting, storm water management design, water treatment, traffic analysis and/or utility design.
• Assist with field inspections.
• Participate in construction administration responsibilities (RFI/Submittal).

Education
