Job summary

Traffic Control Services & Equipment (TCS&E) in Houston, TX seeks experienced Crew Leads and Supervisors to build a premier traffic control operation. Lead daily traffic control operations, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality in field work.

Strong leadership and ability to coordinate crews, schedules, and equipment are essential. CDL preferred; willingness to work flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supervising traffic control operations.
  • Strong understanding of temporary traffic control and work zone safety.
  • Experience interpreting traffic control plans.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, overtime, and emergency response assignments.

Responsibilities
