Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all outbound loads are shipped according to customer requirements.
• Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks.
• Ensure all shipping documents are completed properly.

Experience with retail Routing Guides in luxury industry

Fluency in English (Spanish helpful)

Job Description

To ensure all outbound loads are shipped in accordance to customer requirements and within LVMH service levels

• Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates
• Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks
• Manage all international freight
• Ensure all international shipping documents are completed properly
• Valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
• Ensure all customer VCG requirements are followed to minimize Charge Backs
• Ability to recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance.
• Formulate action plans to lead to CDC conformance to the routing guides.
• Be the primary point of contact for all communication, extensions, and dispute resolution.

Charge Backs (number of charge backs and dollar amount) due to operations and OTIF

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent
