The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of traffic signal technology, minimum four years of related experience, and a passion for customer service. The position may involve training staff and customers on product installation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of full-time work experience in hardware technical support.
• Extensive experience in the traffic industry related to signalized intersections.
• IMSA Level 1, 2 or 3 Signal Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers regarding troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Work with engineering to develop content for manuals and knowledge portals.
• Use a ticketing system to track and resolve customer issues.
