This role ensures safety at job sites, with responsibilities including setting up traffic control equipment and guiding traffic. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided. Qualifications

• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.
• Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.
• Stay alert around moving traffic.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades.
• Guide traffic using a stop/slow paddle.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
