A leading traffic management company is seeking Protectors in Asheville, North Carolina. This role ensures safety at job sites, with responsibilities including setting up traffic control equipment and guiding traffic. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided. Applicants should have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $18.00 and $18.75, with additional benefits for eligible employees, including paid time off and health insurance.

Formación

• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test.
• Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.
• Stay alert around moving traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades.
• Guide traffic using a stop/slow paddle.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.

Conocimientos

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 40–50 pounds

Willingness to work in traffic
