Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team ensuring safe traffic management at job sites. No prior experience needed as full training is provided, and you must have a valid driver’s license.

Expect outdoor work, lifting 40–50 lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. You will set up traffic control materials, guide vehicles with stop/slow paddles, and coordinate closely with crew and supervisors.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or degree required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must have valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Capability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening including drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, barricades, and remove traffic control equipment.
• Use stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity.
• Follow safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
