Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical design experience

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, product testing, and engineering documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and improve traffic safety and roadway solutions
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, assemblies, and documentation using CAD software
• Support the full product lifecycle from concept through production launch and sustaining engineering
• Develop innovative, cost-effective, manufacturable products meeting customer and industry standards
• Assist production teams by troubleshooting design, assembly, and manufacturing challenges
