The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, 10+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in project management, and proficiency in MicroStation, Synchro, and Deltek Vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience with at least 2 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Traffic & ITS transportation projects from development through completion, delivering safe, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations.
• Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance per the Quality Management Plan.
• Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams for timely completion.
